ParentPay Support

There is a 2 hour window when paying for bookings otherwise it will cancel automaticlly.

Please note ParentPay does not have an app, so must be used through a web browser, whether that is through Safari, Chrome, Edge etc.

 

If you require a secondary account, please fill out the contact form below including the following information;

  • Full Name of additional adult
  • Email address of the additional adult
  • Child(ren's) Name

 

FSM/UIFSM

If you are entitled to Free School Meals (FSM) or Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) please go to checkout as if you were paying, place the order.  You will then automatically be credited back for meals so those entitled will not be charged.
