Mrs Mills is pleased to announce our Digital Leaders for 2022-2023. They have been carefully selected from UKS2 through an application process. 

Well done to: Archie, Albert, Isla, Dylan, Elsie, Louie, Tyler, Zachary, Rosie, Bertie, Harry, Owen, Kaitlyn, Riley, Harrison, Matilda, Olivia, Callum, Ruby and Ivy.

They will meet weekly to develop their own computing skills but also be on hand to support staff, pupils and parents with all computing needs. 

Google Doodles

In our first session, we created our own Google Doodles. We learnt about the people who create the Google Doodles as a job. We then brought the Google logo to life using code, utilising programming and design. We used loops, events, and sequencing to design and animate a Google logo.

Tinkercad

Tinkercad is a free web app for 3D design, electronics, and coding. We used Tinkercad to create mazes. 

We used Tinkercad to design our ideal pencil pots.

ChatterPix Kids

We had great fun today using the app ChatterPix Kids. We used the app to give the characters a voice.
